Pre-Screened Candidates

All potential international interns and trainees have been thoroughly pre-screened based on their eligibility and their level of English. 

Simple Process

When a company decides to move forward, you don't have to expect much involvement. A few easy-to-deliver documents is all that is needed to get started. We handle the rest of the process!

Highly Motivated Individuals

Our participants are not your average interns and trainees. In order to make it happen, they are making big investments in their future: mentally and financially.  

No risks

There are no risks involved for a host company. Worker's Compensation is a requirement and internships and traineeships are considered at-will.

Longer Programs Available

Our participants are able to go longer than just a season. While we do offer seasonal interns, many potential participants are looking into 12 and 18 month programs. Program extensions are also offered.

Entirely Free of Charge

Becoming a host company and hosting interns or trainees is entirely free of charge. In order to cover valuable programs, we do ask host companies to offer participants compensation for work that has been performed.
